1. Date of Commencement: Warranty for classroom device(s) (Edutech Products) begins from the invoice date issued to the end-user.
2. Warranty Period: Edutech Solutions provides a 3 Years + 15 Days standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty applies as per invoice.
Warranty for third-party branded products is governed solely by the OEM.
3. What Is Covered: Repair or rectification of manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions within India.
5. Accessories Warranty: Standard accessories are covered under a 90-day replacement warranty. Optional accessories have separate warranty terms.
